RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Warranty Claims:

Products sold on this site are covered by the relevant Manufacturers performance Warranties, all claims for warranty must be made within 90 days of the purchase

Freight or postage costs for returning Items claimed under warranty are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable, approved warranty claims for a replacement item will delivered free of any further charges.

To make a warranty claim please apply for an RA number (Return Authorisation) by clicking on the RA tab at the top of this page, fill out the online form and submit for approval, claims received will be processed within 48 hours.

Once a warranty claim has been approved, you will be emailed a return RA number and delivery address to post or courier the item back to the manufacturer or warehouse, please read the return instructions e-mailed to you carefully and keep a copy of the postage / courier tracking number of the item you are returning, this will enable us to locate the item should it fail to arrive at the specified location.

Unless otherwise arranged, Warranty claims will not be re-supplied until the faulty product is received by our warehouse or the manufacturer gives approval to resupply, if you are in need of a replacement item immediately please re-purchase the item on our site and note your RA number in the special instructions text box at checkout, when the faulty / defective item is received your credit card or bank account will be refunded with the item value.

Please action your Return Authorisation approval immediately as they are valid for 30 days only.

Fuji Xerox: Our policy is that when a fault is identified, Fuji Xerox will ship a no cost replacement directly to the customer.

Refund Claims:

Incorrect or unwanted purchases can be returned for a refund providing it is requested within 60 days of the purchase date and providing always the item packaging is unopened, undamaged and in pristine resalable condition.

A 20% restocking fee is charged by the warehouse on all products being returned for a refund (Warranty claims are exempt) delivery charges and credit card fees are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Once the items for refund have been returned, inspected and accepted by the warehouse your refund will be made to the same card used for the purchase with the value of the purchase.
