Consumables flat delivery charge $16.50 Inc GST.

Printers and hardware flat delivery charge $27.50 Inc GST. (includes up to 20Kg)

Spare parts flat delivery charge $16.50 Inc GST.

Scanners flat delivery charge $22 Inc GST.

Metro Area: Orders placed prior to 3pm are usually delivered next business day

Non-Metro Areas: Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business Days

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes

Orders despatched and delivered will require a signature from the buyer, this is known as a Proof of Delivery document (POD) unless otherwise arranged

If you feel you are not going to be available to sign for your order please authorise an ATL (Authority To Leave) see special delivery instructions text box at check out, the courier driver will leave your item at your premises to the location instructed.

Orders for large quantities or multiple brands may be shipped from separate warehouses within Australia, these orders are classified as split deliveries, there is no extra charge, you will be notified by email if you are to receive a split delivery.

Backorder notifications will be sent if your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, you will be emailed the ETA (estimated time of arrival) of the backorder in question.

Products tagged as SOI (Special Order Item) on this site are ordered into our warehouse on your behalf, when an SOI order is actioned it cannot be refunded or returned (Warranty damage or claims excluded).

Please ensure that you inspect the goods when they are delivered to ensure there is no evidence of damage to your order during transit, when a customer signs a Proof of Delivery document (POD) they are confirming that the consignment has been received in full, in good condition and in accordance with our site documentation.

If a delivery arrives with significant or obvious damage to the carton, the delivery should be rejected; alternatively inform the courier and have the damage noted on the POD, please contact sales@mytoners.com.au and inform us immediately if you have any concerns as to an item being damaged during transit.

You will receive our courier consignment note and tracking information directly to your email, you can track the progress of your delivery using the email link sent to you, please contact sales@mytoners.com.au for more information.

In the unlikely event that your order has not been received within 3 working days please contact sales@mytoners.com.au, quote your order reference, we will track your item for you and provide an update, please note that deliveries to remote locations will take additional time to deliver.
